All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

United States — Standard: 7–15 business days
United States — Express: 3–5 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Shipping Rates

United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $80 · $8 flat rate under $80 · Express $15.

International: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address (DHL/USPS).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

pdorra ships internationally. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pdorra.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
